KylieO (please email angel at cherubskiss dot com with your details)
The answer that I was looking for was
America
It's a dance
and it's held at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The fabric that I'm giving away has Myrtle Beach on it and that reminded me of the shagging dance from a hilarious conversation during an embroidery class. If you were following us on twitter, the photo of the fabric had the clues.
Thank you everyone for entering. Please keep an eye on the blog during the hunt, as there will be a giveaway every week.

This is a pretty
wild piece of fabric, and it's being turned into some awesome nappies!!

Would you like to win one???? Designed with this fabric, in your choice of size. Postage costs at your expense.
This is what you have to do and you only have 24 hours to do it. Entries close tomorrow at 12.30pm and will be drawn tomorrow night, all those with correct entries will go into the lottery to win it. As my blog posts are moderated, I won't moderate them until tomorrow at 12.30pm so there is no peeking on others answers :D
So here's the question - in Australia we all know what shagging means, but in other parts of the world it means something completely different. So you need to tell me where is it different, how is it differnt and where is this event held?
I will post the winner here tomorrow night, if your details aren't easy to find you'll need to check here and contact us to claim your prize.
Have fun and a bit of a giggle while you are at it.

A little bit of
Possum magic lol!! For a sweet little girls 2nd birthday.

Said little girl is otherwise known at MissMagic or possum and so when the fabrics arrived, there were a few to choose from, I knew what I wanted to do, but it took me a little while to work out how I wanted to do it.

And then inspiration strikes and away we go. The back applique consists of a possum taken from the fabric, and hand embroidered to give it depth and life.

Hand drawn branches and gum leaves in various fabrics and colourways, and then some gum blossoms in various shades of yellow and orange, probably not strictly a literal interpretation but creative licence :)
The front is pieced together denim, olive mottled minky and the same print, again with applique and hand embroidery.

And you can't have a special nappy without a special dress, so I've used Ava from Modkid to create this little halter, it's too hot in Queensland already for sleeves :)

Space Camp!!
It's finished, I hope the new owner likes it - I love it!!! It is so cute :D

Lots of little details and applique, thrown in a smidge of hand embroidery and there you have it.

A fun and vibrant print Space Bots!! Mixed and matched with citrus slush and blue lagoon.

Plus a pair of shorts and a little tee. Got to have a matching set :)

Thank you to the mama for being so patient.

And wow look at that only one more to finish on my semi-custom list. Then it's back to stock and stocking up for the hunt. If you want to see something in particular please leave a comment!

Heading down the HIghway

on my Easy Rider!!

The mama sent in her own gorgeous fabric, as her little boy has the name Harley!! Not into motorbikes in this house so have never even gone looking for motorbike fabric, perhaps I should, cause I think it turned out so well.

I hope you like him!!
Now as for stockings. There will not be anything else today or tomorrow. I can't promise what's coming up next, but I did go through my cut box and pulled out alot of PUL cuts. Once these are gone, they are gone and no more to be had. So if you like one of the prints, you'd best grab it when you see it.
